Finnish handset maker Nokia's recently announced Lumia 928 and Lumia 925 smartphones boast some incremental improvements over their predecessors.
The Lumia 925 and 928 are smaller as well as lighter than their predecessor Lumia 920. The Lumia 925 is the first smartphone in the series that has received an aluminum body.
AMD unveils world’s fastest mobile GPU
Sunnyvale-based chip designer AMD unveiled a new chip dubbed Radeon 8970M, which, as per the company's claims, is the world's fastest laptop GPU.
AMD said that the Radeon 8970M is now only the fastest mobile GPU on Earth but also more efficient than its predecessors. It means the new chip will perform complex calculations faster while also ensuring longer battery life.

Samsung successfully tests 5G wireless technology
South Korean electronics giant Samsung on Monday claimed that it had successfully tested super-fast fifth-generation (5G) wireless technology that would offer transmitting speeds of up to several hundred times faster than the existing 4G networks.
The company said that the new technology allowed its researchers to transmit more than 1GB of data over a distance of two kilometers per second.
