Making its way into the lucrative and expanding Indian mobile phone market, Airfone has released its range of multi-featured and affordable mobile handsets in the country. Inclusive of the Flip 29i, AF 26 and AF 31, the range boats a dual SIM capability and offers MP3 player and TF card support.
"Our aim is to become one of top five handset companies in India. Our plan is to ensure that Airfone is known throughout India as a value phone brand. We plan to cover at least 80 percent of India by end of fiscal year 2009-10", shared Director of Airfone, Vishal Chitkara.
Each offering is equipped with its own set of special features, and some features which are common through all the phones in the series. The Flip 29i is offering in Dark Grey and is a sleek and stylish device with a 1.3 megapixel camera and touchscreen. Supporting dual SIM, the gadget is equipped with MP3 player and video recorded and player, among other features.
The AF26, on the other others, is a sleek Black device, with up-to 15 days of stand-by battery life, speaker-phone, Bluetooth, music recorded, GPRS and an 8GB expandable memory, among other features.
The third phone in the series, the AF31, is an elegant Black gadget, bundled with dual SIM support (GSM+GSM or GSM+CDMA), camera, video recorded, FM, 16GB expandable memory and many other desirable features.
While the Flip 29i and AF31 are priced at Rs. 4,999 each, the AF 26 comes at a highly affordable price of Rs. 2,999.
