Windows 7 SP1 on its way

Operating System giant Microsoft has announced that it will free the initial service pack for Windows 7 by end of the month July.

The product is trying to gully the disgrace involved to pre-service pack versions of its operating systems by minimizing its significance.

Downplaying the function of SP1 in selling Windows 7, Microsoft has commented that SP1 will basically be the mixture of revisions previously offered through Windows Update and supplementary hot fixes. Many organizations have already completed the dive, without waiting for SP1.

Microsoft also sketches to release Service Pack 1 for its Windows Server 2008 R2 OS. It will carry new functionalities along with several safety fixes and some updates.

The two key features are Remote Fx which is a bundle of improvement to bring 3D facilities to remote desktops and Dynamic Memory. According to the company it will permit its clients to regulate memory usage with no performance sacrifice.

Company has also declared at the Tech-Ed convention that they have revised its cloud computing OS, Azure and SQL Azure.
